June 25th Dinner Invitation!

This Saturday coming, we will not be serving dinner at PushStart so I figured I might give a bonus week for people to plan on coming to Dinner III that we will be serving on Saturday the 25th of June.  Wanna come?  Here's the menu:

MENU: (3+ courses, includes wine pairings)
-Canape & cocktail
-Summer tomato and watermelon salad, queso fresco, cucumber, mint, lemon mayonnaise, country white crouton
-Slow cooked petit beef tender, avocado, charred red onion, smoked chile-tortilla sauce, citrus salad
-Honeyed goat cheese and peach tart, basil ice cream, macadamia praline, bourbon syrup
-Homemade candies

$65 suggested donation per guest

The evening's menu is posted below.  If you're on the mailing list, just reply to the invite with how many in your party.  If you're not on the list, subscribe in the window to the right and you'll receive an invite to our dinner.

MENU (3+ courses with paired beverages)
-Canape/cocktail
-Roasted corn veloute, ham hock & collard empanada, queso fresco, green tomato marmalade
-Crispy stone-ground grits,  poached crawfish tail, pickled fennel, Old Bay gelee, molasses-tomato puree
-Grilled fig cake, lemon yogurt ice cream, gingered melon salad, young basil
-Housemade candies

$65 donation per guest

If you aren't on our mailing list, send us an email to reserve (pushstartkitchen@gmail.com).  It's first come first serve.  We're serving ten people, so be sure to let us know how many you have in your party because it may sell out quickly!  We will send out confirmation emails with time and directions, to our "secret" location.  We hope to see you there!!!

While, obviously a photo can never fully and truthfully convey a moment, these come pretty dang close!  We had an amazing first dinner with and amazing group of people.  We had high hopes for Dinner I and they were fulfilled in every way!  Dinner II has some big shoes to fill.   Are you going to be there?
